Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate billing automatically.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can explore every feature before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfers for annual plans, and can issue invoices for Enterprise customers.
Is there a limit on team members in the Starter plan?
Starter supports up to 5 team members. If you need more, the Pro plan supports up to 25, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes! We offer 50% off for verified startups under 2 years old with less than $1M in funding, and for registered nonprofits. Contact us to apply.
What happens when I exceed my storage limit?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your storage limit. You won't be cut off — but you'll need to upgrade or delete old deployments to continue deploying.
